Alveda King, Director of civilrightsfortheunborn.com is concerned that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued a notice of proposed rulemaking regarding the Title X (pronounced Title Ten) program. The proposed rule is designed to prevent states from redirecting Title X funds away from Planned Parenthood.

Leading the charge to sound the alarm is Rep. Diane Black. “We commend Congressman Black for leading the charge to protect mothers and children and defund planned parenthood. She is further sounding the alarm. This is proof positive, new evidence that PP and backers are fleecing US taxpayers to further eugenics and genocidal abortion and corresponding harvesting agenda; we must act now!”

Leading an awareness and action campaign to rescue taxpayers from “supporting genocide unawares,” King is urging people to oppose the rule by contacting members of Congress as well as commenting on the travesty here:

There is a 30 day comment period which started September 7, 2016 when the proposed rule was technically/initially published in the federal register. Instructions for commenting are included in the proposed rule. You can click on the hyperlink and download the POF to follow the options for submitting comments.

Commenting period scheduled to end on October 7, 2016. Act now!

The Title X program is a family planning program run by the Office of Population Affairs at HHS. First authorized in 1970 to reduce population growth by providing family planning to low income women, [which became a cloak for the abortion/genocide agenda] the program has not been reauthorized since 1985. However it has continued to receive funding through the Labor, HHS Appropriations bill. $286 million was appropriated for FY16. Millions a year to PP.

Over the years, some states receiving Title X grants have directed their funding to county health departments, community health centers and other clinics and women and family assistance centers that do not provide deadly abortions.

As a result funds are redirected away from Planned Parenthood and their abortion agenda.

These current proposed rules are designed to ensure funds go to Planned Parenthood, and curtail aid to life saving women and children centers.

Groups may be interested in the press release from Rep. Diane Black (R-TN) who will be leading a Member sign-on letter commenting on the proposed rules.

Ryan Bomberger, The Radiance Foundation, weighs in on the debacle.

Hold President Obama to his word.
